What do you like about Port Aransas to consider buying real estate there?: What a great place to live. Just 2.5 hours from San Antonio and right on the beach. Excellent fishing! Now great golf with the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course opening in May 2008. Real estate values are appreciating and the the island in growing, just another day in paradise!

Real Estate to Recover in Sping 2008

The US economy will avoid recession as the housing market begins to recover this spring, according to billionaire investor Sam Zell.
